Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Experience in building and maintaining territory growth with revenue results.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory objectives and quotas aligned with growth goals.
• Develop territory business plans to expand market share and drive adoption of laparoscopic portfolio.
• Lead product demonstrations and clinical education for surgeons and OR staff.
• Collaborate with marketing and national sales leadership on launches and campaigns.
• Forecast, deliver business reviews, and report performance to regional leadership.
