Job summary

You will collaborate with marketing and national sales leadership to align commercial strategy with field execution and business objectives. The role requires training surgeons and OR staff, building strong relationships with hospital systems, and delivering forecasts and performance updates to regional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in medical device, surgical, or healthcare sales.
  • Proven success in building and growing assigned territories.
  • Experience selling to surgeons and hospital systems.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory objectives and quotas aligned with company goals.
  • Develop territory business plans to expand market share and adoption.
  • Lead in-field product demonstrations and clinical education for clinicians.
  • Forecasting, business reviews, and performance updates to leadership.
