Job summary

Aesculap Inc. is hiring for a remote field sales role covering the Los Angeles region. You will drive territory objectives, lead product demonstrations for laparoscopic portfolios, and partner with marketing and national leadership to execute go-to-market plans.

The role requires 5–7 years in medical device sales, strong collaboration with surgeons and hospital systems, and a track record of revenue growth. Travel >40% within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in medical device, surgical, or healthcare sales.
• Proven success in growing territory revenue and meeting quotas.
• Experience selling to surgeons and hospital systems; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed territory objectives and quotas aligned with divisional goals.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to expand market share and drive adoption of laparoscopic products.
• Support product evaluations and trainings for new customers; lead in-field product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and national sales leadership on launches, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and procurement within health systems.
• Provide accurate forecasting and business reviews to regional leadership.
