The role requires collaboration with marketing, national sales leadership, and internal partners to align commercial strategy with field execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in medical device/healthcare sales.
• Proven success building and expanding territory and achieving revenue growth.
• Experience selling to surgeons and hospital systems; strong relationship skills.
• Proficient with CRM, forecasting tools, and standard business apps.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory objectives and quotas aligned with company goals.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to grow market share and adoption.
• Support product evaluations, trials, and customer onboarding and training.
• Lead in-field product demonstrations and clinical education for surgeons and OR staff.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on launches, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff; engage procurement and supply chain.
• Support strategic account development and complex health systems sales.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and performance updates to regional leadership.
