Job summary

Midwest Rubber Service & Supply Co. seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales in the industrial and agriculture sectors within a defined region. You will manage existing accounts, pursue new business opportunities, present product and service solutions, and support customers on-site to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires travel across the territory, strong technical understanding of processing equipment, and the ability to build robust supplier relationships while delivering growth targets.

Qualifications

• Three years outside sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to learn applications, materials, manufacturing techniques, and technical specifications and prints.
• Strong initiative to achieve target goals and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to identify needs and close opportunities.
• Evaluate customer processing equipment and recommend improvements.
• Promote service programs and participate in trade shows and seminars.
• Develop sales plans, budgets, and reporting.
• Travel within territory (70%+).
