Job summary

Bevi is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the Phoenix market, focusing on Bevi’s Office Coffee Service partners and direct opportunities. You’ll own strategy, pipeline, and partner collaboration while representing the Bevi brand in customer meetings and events.

You’ll manage a data-driven territory, leverage Salesforce, and work remotely within the U.S. with a competitive compensation package including base salary and commission potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of territory or field sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.
• Experience selling through partners or distributors; OCS experience is a plus.
• Analytical, data-driven with strong time-management and independence.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a growth strategy with bookings and revenue goals.
• Prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities with Bevi’s OCS partners.
• Visit partners, lead joint sales blitzes, and co-sell to expand sourcing.
• Drive adoption of Bevi products through partner channels.
• Maintain clean pipelines and accurate account notes in Salesforce.
• Lead customer meetings, demos, and events as local brand ambassador.
