Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Territory Manager for Communications and Software to drive sales and expand the installed base of grid automation products. The role covers the North Central 2 region and is remote; candidates must reside in ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, or IA.

You will lead customer engagement across product lines, develop market-leading solutions, gather intelligence, and drive long-term account plans while collaborating with product management and sales teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, electrical preferred; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in power generation, transmission, and distribution or in communications/software systems; utility experience preferred.
• 5+ years in sales, commercial, or product management roles.
• Experience supervising independent sales agents/distributors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Hubbell as a market leader in electrical grid automation.
• Develop and maintain a network of utility contacts and industry stakeholders.
• Lead commercialization of new offerings and develop market intelligence.
