Priority1, Inc. is recruiting for a Territory Manager to drive new business development in Charlotte, NC with a focus on B2B freight sales.

The role emphasizes prospecting, account setup, and high-level interactions with executive decision-makers. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, an HSA, life insurance, disability coverages, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, and paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2 years of freight sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing and/or communication preferred but any major acceptable).
• Involvement in campus activities is highly recommended.
• Naturally enthusiastic, energetic, and polished in appearance.
