The role emphasizes aggressive prospecting, lead generation, and expanding a portfolio of freight solutions including LTL, Truckload, and air freight. The position offers base pay with uncapped commissions, a $500 monthly car allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of freight sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing or communication preferred).
• Involvement in campus activities recommended.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Energetic and enthusiastic; driven to win.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business (heavy B2B door-to-door calling).
• Develop lead generation and use CRM to track activity.
• Sell and set up new accounts; manage existing accounts.
• Training and development with corporate programs and fast-start integration.
