Job summary

Stonhard seeks an outside sales representative to drive B2B growth in construction, industrial, or commercial markets. Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 with uncapped earnings, and top performers consistently surpass six figures.

You’ll work from a home office when not meeting clients, coordinate with installation crews, and use Salesforce and ZoomInfo to manage accounts, quotes, and project details.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• Computer literacy including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with installation crews.
