Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to grow our business through in-person client visits, quotes, and orders. You will identify opportunities and close deals while maintaining detailed records in Salesforce and other tools.

The role requires strong communication, an ability to adapt in a fast-changing market, and flexibility to work from a home office when not in the field.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related sales B2B experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites with installation crews.
