Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow our first commercial product in a designated U.S. territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption while meeting territory sales goals.

This fully remote company values entrepreneurial drive, strong clinical acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced biotech environment. Travel up to 60% is required to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Experience launching products in a biotech setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep disease-state and treatment knowledge.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and adjust plans to hit sales goals.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions.
