Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience
• Specialty sales or launch experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to convey complex data

Responsibilities

• Territory management and business execution aligned with brand strategy
• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and data
• Drive product adoption and compliance within the territory
• Analyze territory trends and adjust plans to achieve milestones
• Maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and office staff
