Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned US territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption while meeting territory sales targets.

This fully remote role requires excellent selling skills, a scientific mindset, and willingness to travel up to 60%. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years pharma/biotech sales, and prior launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharma/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course‑correct as needed.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
