Job summary

First Acceptance Insurance seeks a Territory Manager to drive profitable growth by prospecting and managing independent agencies within a defined territory. You will align annual volume and profit objectives with agency performance and strengthen relationships with appointed agents.

You will train agencies on products, processes, and technology, aiming to increase producing agents through proactive management and targeted incentives. A company car and travel are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in Territory Manager or high-volume sales.
• 2+ years of experience in P&C insurance operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and sales analytics reports.
• Proven track record of meeting sales plan targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with a company car and expenses card.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, vet, appoint, and manage independent agencies to grow profitable sales.
• Meet or exceed territory volume and profit objectives for assigned products.
• Schedule and execute daily/weekly/quarterly activities to hit targets.
• Train agencies on First Acceptance products, processes, and technology.
• Conduct agency visits and document actions in Salesforce.
• Identify agencies for profit-sharing and incentive programs.
• Routinely manage and review production, quality, profitability trends.
