First Acceptance Insurance is seeking a Territory Manager to drive profitable sales growth by prospecting and managing independent agencies in the Northern California region. The role is fully remote with travel to the territory, requiring travel up to 50% and occasional overnight stays.

The candidate will train agencies on our products and processes, monitor performance, and actively expand the network while maintaining relationships with assigned agents.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 5+ years in Territory Manager or high-volume sales.
• 2+ years in P&C insurance operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and sales analytics reports.
• Proven track record of meeting sales plan targets.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to perform in high-energy, dynamic, team-focused environments.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new tasks.
• Initiative, mature judgment and discretion.
• Willing to travel up to 50%, with up to 3 nights per week.
• Valid driving record.

Aufgaben

• Achieve new business production, direct written premium, and KPI targets across assigned agencies.
• Schedule daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities to meet objectives.
• Solicit and evaluate agencies for appointment to VP of Business Development.
• Train agencies on products, processes, and technology; participate in incentive programs.
• Increase producing agents through relationship management and process improvements.
• Terminate underperforming agencies as needed.
• Routinely visit agencies to review production, quality, and profitability trends.
• Document visits and communications in Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
