Job summary

STIHL Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our dealer network across a defined territory, focusing on expanding product distribution and achieving sales targets while operating remotely.

Ideal candidates reside in or around Tacoma, WA or Olympia, WA, or are open to relocation; travel will be required, and you will collaborate with marketing, service, and finance to drive dealer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based programs.
• Excellent time management and willingness for extended travel.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Grow defined territory by expanding dealer distribution and sales.
• Visit dealers regularly to execute promotions and programs with cross-functional teams.
• Train dealers on STIHL programs and coordinate STIHL University sessions.
• Develop dealer plans and track performance and growth.
• Maintain CRM and field reporting as required.
• Handle dealer communications and scheduling.
