Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution across assigned markets in the United States. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and drive display compliance while traveling within the territory.

You will engage with store teams, manage schedules, assist with seasonal transitions, and develop skills for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Willing to travel across assigned markets and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores and support Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce standards.
• Execute daily coverage with merchandising and order writing milestones, including photos and documentation.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure brand visibility per RTM plans.
• Follow schedules set by the DM or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal launches and high-visibility promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership capabilities for future roles.
• Stay safe and comply with vehicle policies and safety protocols.
