Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable execution across assigned markets. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations, including in-store photography and documentation.

The role requires 18+ with a valid driver’s license, a HS diploma or GED, and 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods. A company vehicle is provided and travel across markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age and licensing requirements.
• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Live within the team’s geographic boundaries and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new merchandisers and order writers.
