Job summary

Henkel is seeking a remote sales professional to grow and maintain its General Industrial Adhesive Technologies business across Northwest and North Central Ohio, including Toledo, Findlay, and Lima. You will visit customers weekly, qualify needs, and present adhesive solutions.

A strong B2B sales background and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential. With 3+ years in industrial sales and a Bachelor's degree preferred, you’ll train distributors, analyze data, and drive profitable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or B2B sales experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Self-starter who can use Henkel’s resources to maximize opportunities within the territory
• Time and project management skills required
• Team player who works well with others
• Experience working with industrial distribution is a plus
• Ability to travel for daily customer visits up to 50-75%

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain Henkel’s Industrial Adhesive Technologies business in Northwest and North Central Ohio via distribution partners
• Prospect for new business by visiting customers and distributors weekly
• Sell products by determining customer needs and offering adhesive solutions
• Educate and train Authorized Distributors to sell LOCTITE products through training sessions
• Analyze sales data to identify new opportunities while managing existing customers
• Implement strategies for profitable growth of Henkel’s product lines in the territory
• Prioritize and execute sales/marketing programs for the area
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience using CRM
