Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across Southern California for High Voltage Solutions. This remote, home-office-based role requires traveling >50% of the time and residing in Southern California or near a major airport.

You will develop new business, expand strategic accounts, and own relationships with Solar Turbines. Responsibilities include selling HV motors and drives to end users, OEMs, and EPCs, and managing the territory with strategic account plans and

Qualifications

5+ years of sales or account management in industrial equipment or related industries.
Proven success growing strategic accounts and new business opportunities.
Experience selling technical products or engineered solutions to industrial customers.

Responsibilities

Drive bookings growth in Southern California for HV Solutions and manage Solar Turbines accounts.
Sell medium- and high-voltage motors and drives to end users, OEMs, and EPCs.
Plan and execute territory and account strategy with pricing and terms decisions.
Develop annual account plans for Solar Turbines across sites and product platforms.
Build relationships across engineering, procurement, project management, and leadership.
Lead RFQ to order close, coordinate with engineering and factories as needed.
