Ideal candidates have 2+ years WC experience, an RN license, and strong communication skills. This role requires PST hours and may involve on-site meetings and domestic travel up to 10%.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in workers' compensation insurance and medical case management preferred.
• California RN license greatly preferred.
• 4+ years medical/surgical clinical experience required.
• Strong communication, professionalism, flexibility and adaptability.
• Experience with medical and vocational resources in WC industry.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, coordinate, monitor and implement options to facilitate return-to-work.
• Coordinate and implement medical case management to close cases.
• Communicate with employers, adjusters and injured workers.
• Review medical records and data to ensure progress and cost-effective care.
• Maintain caseloads and nursing licensure per state requirements.
• Document activities and progress using standard tools and quality practices.
• Engage in special projects and attend on-site meetings as required.
