Ideal candidates hold a BSN with an active license and possess 2+ years of RN experience, including 1–2 years in remote or telehealth settings. Strong EMR skills and excellent patient service are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN degree with active, unrestricted license.
• Compact state nursing license with primary state of licensure.
• 2+ years of experience as a registered nurse.
• 1–2 years of remote healthcare or telehealth experience.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills in high-volume settings.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative care team.
• No visa sponsorship available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telehealth patient care and support.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments including history review.
• Assess and document patient conditions and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, self-care.
• Collaborate with providers to develop care plans.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory/privacy compliance.
• Pursue ongoing medical education and telehealth best practices.
