You will collaborate with care teams, maintain compliant records, and stay current with telehealth best practices. A BSN and active RN license are required, with prior remote healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, non-restricted RN license in Florida or compact state.
• BSN or higher and current nursing practice.
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient care and support through telehealth platforms.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and current symptoms.
• Accurately assess and document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, medication adherence, and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
• Stay up to date with medical advancements and telehealth protocols.
