Qualifications

• RN with clinical experience in telehealth and remote care.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and digital health tools.
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient care and support through telehealth platforms.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and current symptoms.
• Accurately assess and document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions.
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, medication adherence, and self-care practices.
• Care Plan Collaboration: work with other providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: maintain records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
• Continuous Education: stay updated with telehealth protocols and best practices.
• Compact license requirements and state licensure in primary state of practice.
