Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our telehealth care team in a remote capacity. You will provide remote outreach to Medicare members, conduct virtual assessments, document patient histories, and educate on conditions and medications.

Ideal candidates have a BSN, an active compact state license, 2+ years of RN experience, and familiarity with EMR systems. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits and a flexible schedule, with EST hours Monday to Friday and occasional

Qualifications

• BSN degree and active nursing license in a compact state.
• Minimum 2+ years as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in remote healthcare or telehealth is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telehealth patient care and support.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments, review histories and symptoms.
• Accurately document patient conditions and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with other providers to develop care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and patient privacy.
• Pursue continuing education to stay current with telehealth practices.
