Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. invites applications for a Telehealth Nurse to provide remote patient care and support through telehealth platforms. You will review medical histories, document conditions, and collaborate on care plans with other providers.

The role requires a BSN, an active, compact-state license, 2+ years in nursing, and strong EMR skills. Excellent communication and the ability to work independently in a high-volume, virtual environment are essential. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active RN license.
2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in telehealth or remote care.
Proficient with electronic medical records and patient documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide remote patient care and support through telehealth platforms.
Conduct virtual patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and current symptoms.
Accurately assess and document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions.
Educate patients and families on medical conditions, medication adherence, and self-care practices.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain records and ensure adherence to regulations and privacy laws.
Stay up to date with telehealth protocols and best practices through continuing education.
