Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Telehealth Registered Nurse to provide remote patient care and assessments. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active compact license, and 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in telehealth. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN is required and must be current with an active, non-restricted license.
• Minimum 2+ years as a Registered Nurse.
• 1–2 years in remote healthcare or telehealth setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills in high-volume environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient care and support via telehealth platforms.
• Perform virtual patient assessments including medical histories and symptoms.
• Accurately document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with other providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
