Fuze Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for remote telehealth care supporting Medicare members. You will perform virtual assessments, document patient histories, and ensure compliance with Star measures while collaborating with care teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate virtual care.

Requirements include a BSN, active RN license, 2+ years of RN experience (remote/telehealth preferred), and strong EMR skills.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required and nursing license must be active.
• 2+ years of RN experience with remote healthcare or telehealth exposure is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems are essential.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication in high-volume settings.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative care team.
• Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote telehealth patient care and support to Medicare members.
• Conduct virtual assessments, review medical histories and current symptoms.
• Document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy adherence; stay updated on telehealth best practices.
• Participate in ongoing education to align with medical advancements.
