Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to support the telehealth care team for Medicare members. You will provide remote care, conduct virtual assessments, document patient histories, educate patients, and collaborate on individualized care plans.

Requirements include a BSN, a valid compact-state RN license, 2+ years RN experience, and 1–2 years in remote/telehealth settings. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Active, non-restricted compact state RN license with primary licensure in one of the listed states.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• About 1–2 years of remote healthcare or telehealth experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in high-volume settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Fuze Health does not sponsor employment visas at this time.

Responsibilities

• Telehealth patient care and remote support for Medicare members.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments by reviewing medical history and current symptoms.
• Accurately document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to implement care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy adherence.
• Stay updated on telehealth protocols and medical advancements.
