Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Telehealth Patient Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist to support its U.S.-based telehealth services. The role focuses on accurate patient data processing, virtual waiting room coordination, and secure communication with patients in a fully remote setting.

You will handle data entry across systems, manage video links, and assist with daily operations while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, admin support, or healthcare-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with sensitive patient data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, PDF forms, and basic computer tasks.
• Clear and professional written English communication.
• HIPAA training and compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update patient data across registration systems and PDF forms.
• Manage virtual waiting rooms, including sending video links and monitoring attendance.
• Coordinate patient flow in real-time across multiple platforms during consultations.
• Respond to patient inquiries via text and email; occasional outbound calls if needed.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient information to prevent delays.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with daily operations.
