Job summary

Ophelia Health, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to drive patient enrollment through first contact and ongoing outreach. This remote, 40-hour/week role operates Tue–Sat, 12 PM–8 PM ET, and emphasizes empathy, trauma-informed care, and data-driven growth across states as the company expands nationwide.

You will engage patients, guide them into care, and collaborate with the team to optimize enrollment processes while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-, customer-, or patient-facing role.
• Comfortable conducting outreach via phone, including cold calls and follow-ups.
• Technical savvy: able to work across multiple platforms in a remote-first environment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup setting and shows adaptability.
• Data-minded; uses metrics to track outreach and enrollment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective Ophelia patients and guide them through enrollment.
• Empathically engage with patients using a patient-centered, trauma-informed approach.
• Conduct outreach via phone, including cold calling and follow-ups.
• Re-engage prospective patients to minimize attrition and improve enrollment.
• Work remotely in a tech-driven, fast-changing startup environment.
• Represent the Enrollment Team and Ophelia's mission in all interactions.
