Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy seeks a Telehealth Support BCBA to provide remote clinical leadership across multiple locations. The role emphasizes flexible supervision without a permanently assigned full caseload.

You will partner with onsite teams to ensure continuity of care, clinical quality, and support during growth or coverage needs across centers, with a blended 50/50 hybrid work model where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• State licensure in residence state as required for service delivery.
• Minimum 1+ year BCBA experience preferred.
• Telehealth service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervisory support to ABA programs across multiple locations.
• Support temporary and shared caseloads rather than fixed full caseloads.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure consistent treatment delivery and outcomes.
• Conduct virtual trainings and supervision sessions, with some in-person supervision.
• Review treatment plans, BIPs, and progress reports.
