Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA for a flexible part-time, fully remote telehealth role. You’ll deliver high-quality ABA services to families in rural and underserved areas, with scheduling designed around your availability.

Focus is on clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing oversight, while operational tasks are handled by our team. This role offers autonomy, the chance to grow, and a meaningful impact on access to care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong clinical and ethical decision-making skills.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians virtually preferred.
• Ability to provide services via telehealth.
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Review client progress and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support meaningful outcomes for children and families.
