Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in a flexible hybrid role. You will conduct assessments, develop and update programs, and oversee supervision of RBTs as needed.

This position offers up to 75% remote service delivery, with in-person visits and collaboration, and a supportive administrative team to help you focus on clinical care and client progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical supervision and program development.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust treatment plans.
• Proven collaboration with caregivers and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans; update programs as needed.
• Deliver telehealth and in-person clinical services per client needs.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs with coaching and feedback.
• Document accurately per payer and state requirements.
• Coordinate with families and professionals to ensure progress.
