Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Telehealth BCBA to evaluate, design, and implement ABA therapy plans, and to supervise remotely with parent training across multiple locations. The role emphasizes data-driven program development, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have BACB certification, Illinois BCBA license, and a Master’s degree, with strong telehealth supervision experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Broad experience delivering telehealth ABA supervision and parent training.
• Ability to lead a team of therapists.
• Familiarity with ABA assessment tools.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted caseload hours of direct therapy with timely clinical notes.
• Ensure completion of pre-authorizations, initial and ongoing assessments, and insurance reports.
• Supervise R/BTs and meet BACB supervision requirements.
• Provide remote/telehealth supervision and parent training as assigned.
