Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Telehealth BCBA to evaluate, design and implement ABA therapy plans via telehealth, with data collection and family coaching across multiple locations. The role emphasizes remote supervision, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring ethical, HIPAA-compliant practice.

Responsibilities include maintaining therapy plans, supervising RBTs, and meeting BACB requirements while flexibly covering caseloads and attending professional meetings for ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering telehealth supervision and parent training preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Maintaining quality, safety and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned targeted caseload hours with timely documentation.
• Ensure completion and quality of care documentation and reports.
• Supervise R/BTs and meet BACB supervision requirements.
• Collaborate with BY YOUR SIDE staff and families for program development.
• Manage remote telehealth caseload and ensure continuity of care.
