Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex telecom solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, VoIP, unified communications, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive telecommunications solutions, including network infrastructure, voice, video, and collaboration platforms.
• Translate client business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture blueprints.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate hardware, software, and service providers.
• Develop proposals, technical documentation, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase of solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in telecommunications and cloud computing.
