Placements24 seeks a visionary Lead Telecoms Solutions Architect to join a fully remote team serving clients across regions. Design end-to-end telecom architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency while guiding project teams from home office.

The role requires 10+ years in telecom, expertise in 5G/LTE, SD-WAN, cloud networking, VoIP, and strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to stakeholders, with experience in AWS/Azure/GCP and virtualization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of telecommunications experience with network architecture and solution design.
• Deep knowledge of 5G, LTE, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and VoIP.
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale telecom systems.
• Excellent presentation and remote communication skills.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and document comprehensive telecom solutions, encompassing network architecture, service integration, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering to translate client requirements into technical blueprints.
• Evaluate emerging telecom technologies and standards, providing strategic recommendations for adoption.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and perform feasibility studies for new offerings and network enhancements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective.
