Job summary
Henry Schein One is seeking a Telecom Engineer to power and optimize cloud-based communications, including NICE CXone and RingCentral. You will provide Tier 1 support, design call flows, and collaborate with engineers to enhance system performance.
This remote US role features up to 10% travel and a focus on reliability and user experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT/telecom support, hands-on experience with NICE CXone and RingCentral, and strong problem-solving and communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT or telecom support.
- Hands-on with NICE CXone and RingCentral.
- Familiar with IVR, call routing, user provisioning.
- Basic scripting knowledge (XML, JavaScript).
- Experience with Amazon Connect and Salesforce CCV.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for NICE CXone and RingCentral environments.
- Provision and manage user accounts and configurations.
- Perform initial incident triage and troubleshooting.
- Develop and document call flows in CXone Studio and RingCentral.
- Maintain change records and knowledge base content.
- Collaborate with senior telecom engineers during deployments.
- Align telecom configurations with business needs.
