In this fully remote role, you will monitor network performance, identify degradations, and implement corrective actions to uphold SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in service assurance, network performance monitoring, or fault management in telecom.
• Strong understanding of telecom services and performance metrics (VoIP, mobile data, broadband).
• Proficiency with service assurance tools and monitoring platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network/service issues using diagnostic tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote collaboration.

About the Role
