Job summary

ATN International is seeking a Government Program Manager to oversee day-to-day government program compliance, focusing on federal and state funding programs and grants. You will streamline filings and reports while collaborating with internal teams to align objectives with program requirements.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of telecom experience, familiarity with E-Rate/High Cost/Lifeline, and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in program management or compliance.
• Experience with federal/state funding programs (USF, E-Rate, etc.).
• Telecommunications industry experience required.
• Ability to prepare executive summaries and manage deadlines.
• Experience with reviewing grants and program regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day internal point of contact for program management and compliance guidance.
• Review and document grant and program compliance requirements and regulations.
• Prepare reimbursement filings and respond to government requests with proper documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of service offerings and funded areas (fiber/wireless, ETC/ILEC).
• Track requirements and deadlines; provide progress updates; support audits.
