Wearelegence is seeking a Telecom Engineer responsible for designing and supporting enterprise communications. This remote position entails managing legacy and modern voice platforms, ensuring reliable services.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in telecom, experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, and strong troubleshooting skills. Compensation ranges from $106k to $138k, dependent on experience, and includes a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise telecom or voice engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of POTS, SIP, and PSTN connectivity.
• Experience working with telecom carriers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions including Microsoft Teams Voice.
• Administer and maintain POTS lines for life-safety systems.
• Manage SIP trunking services including call routing and failover.
