Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production engineering or related infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise telephony platforms and VoIP.
• Strong Linux system administration and scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise voice and telephony modernization initiatives.
• Maintain operational reliability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes for voice infrastructure.
• Develop automation solutions and operational tooling using scripting and cloud technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve telephony, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Partner with internal engineering teams, security teams, facilities teams, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams.
• Support compliance, security, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
• Participate in infrastructure improvement projects focused on scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
