Jobgether is seeking a Technology Operations Manager based in the United States to lead and optimize tech operations across three global studios in a remote role. You will align IT, security, and privacy teams, implement scalable solutions, and explore AI opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.

You will manage systems, equipment, vendors, and initiatives, advise on infrastructure expansion, ensure data protection compliance, and support Mac and PC environments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in technology operations, IT support, AI integration, or vendor management.
• Experience with creative production apps and business tools listed.
• Experience applying AI/ML to improve workflows and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.
