- Maintain technical docs, runbooks, and SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a technical operations team, including recruitment and coaching.
- Oversee day-to-day cloud operations and service delivery for the assigned team.
- Coordinate incident, escalation, and change management per ITIL practices.
- Plan staffing, shift coverage, and 24/7 operational readiness.
- Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvements in service quality.
