Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, is seeking an IT Operations Manager based in the United States. You will lead daily IT operations across cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity coordination to support mission-critical government programs and essential business operations.

You will manage Azure, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and related platforms, drive change and release governance, oversee risk and compliance with FISMA controls, and mentor diverse technical teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least eight years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience supporting federal government information systems and compliance.
• Strong Azure, cloud operations, and modernization experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, IAM, and IT service management.
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks, ATO processes, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, identity management, and end-user support.
• Drive service delivery, incident escalation, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee Azure infrastructure, cloud modernization, and environment provisioning.
• Manage enterprise applications including ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead Change Advisory Board activities and governance across changes and releases.
• Ensure documentation, testing procedures, and rollback plans accompany changes.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams on secure, compliant operating environments.
• Evaluate risks, ensure alignment with FISMA controls and agency policies.
• Coordinate IT services to support government programs and mission-critical operations.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate technical staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for automation and modernization; plan strategic investments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with organizational priorities.
