Digital Media Management is seeking a strategic Technology Operations Manager to lead and optimize systems across three global studios. You will partner with IT, infosec, and privacy teams to align policies and long-term tech strategy.

The role emphasizes AI/ML-driven processes, vendor management, and administration of key business systems, with a focus on scalable, secure operations in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems/tool implementation, tech planning, AI integrations, and vendor management.
• Deep knowledge of listed tools and platforms (Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Frame.io, Adobe, Maxon, ServiceNow, Active Directory).
• Strong communication, time management, and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize technology operations for 3 global studios, ensuring efficient systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, infosec, and privacy teams on policies, compliance, and long-term technology strategy.
• Leverage AI and machine learning to build efficient processes and act as an administrator for business systems.
