Take2 Consulting, LLC is seeking a Technical Writer who holds a Secret clearance. This fully remote role requires aligning work hours to the East Coast.

You will collaborate with the Department of War community to develop and maintain PKI documentation, newsletters, and outreach content. Responsibilities include creating user guides, configuration docs, quick references, and FAQs, while coordinating with engineers and SMEs to ensure clarity for diverse audiences and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Two+ years of technical writing experience for IT or cybersecurity programs.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience gathering information from subject matter experts and incorporating feedback.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and document formatting.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and update technical documentation including user guides and configuration guides.
• Translate technical information into clear content for end users and administrators.
• Support documentation for PKI implementations and DoD initiatives.
• Compile quarterly newsletters using stakeholder-provided content and templates.
• Assist with preparing white papers, decision papers, briefings, and other materials for the PKI program.
• Support community collaboration and customer outreach through presentation materials and meeting records.
• Review documents for grammar, clarity, formatting, and template adherence.
• Track revisions, incorporate reviewer feedback, and coordinate publication approvals.
• Maintain current, organized documentation and knowledge resources.
