Job summary

M9 Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer to support a federal contract from a remote location with duties spanning policies, procedures, and technical guides for government audiences. The role requires a Secret clearance and coordination with multiple departments in Washington, DC.

You will develop and review TCTOs, TSIPs, and I-Plans, ensure compliance with federal standards, manage revisions, and create clear visuals such as data flows and diagrams for reports and manuals.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, IT, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Experience developing TCTOs, TOs, TSIPs, and I-Plans.
• Familiarity with document management systems and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple documents and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of federal standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Writes and edits policies, SOPs, and technical guides.
• Develops TCTOs, TSIPs, and I-Plans.
• Reviews documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Handles sensitive information and maintains security.
• Manages document versions and revisions; meets deadlines.
• Keeps current with document management tools.
• Creates visualizations: data flows, diagrams, charts.
• Tracks documentation for ATO process.
• Collaborates with departments to ensure accuracy.
